James Withee is a tattoo artist from Mesa, Arizona. He is a practitioner of a variety of artistic media and has won several awards for both fine art and tattoos. James owns Dark Horse Tattoo Company in the adjacent town of Gilbert, and frequently travels to showcase his skills at tattoo conventions across the United States.
